Barb,
I am the PPC (group of all the PTO presidents) treasurer. Several of our
treasurers who use the software PTO Manager provides have had issues printing
out the reports we need to send their year end info on to the IRS.
Would it be possible for me to write up a sort of "hints" sheet for
you to give out at the training? If they ascribe their income and
expenses using certain names, then they wouldn't have to retype all their
entries for the IRS.
